What is your covid-19 protocol?
We take our Covid-19 protocol very seriously here at the practice. All clients will be required to wear a face covering to enter the practice with only one owner present at a time. All of our staff will be wearing the correct PPE required.
Do you offer payment plans?
All treatment is payment at the time here at Swanspool Vets. This can be via cash or card.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Every client that visits the practice will be required to have a booked appointment. An appointment is even required for medication collections too to ensure this will be ready and waiting for you.
How do i make a complaint?
If you unfortunately have a complaint about the service that you received. Please can you put your complaint in writing for the attention of the Practice Manager and this will be looked into for you. Alternatively please email firstname.lastname@example.org and this will be passed to the appropriate person.
Do you offer work experience placements?
Yes - we will happily accomodate work experience for school students 16+. We also offer EMS placements for Vet students.
