Do you offer work experience placements?

Do you offer payment plans?

All treatment is payment at the time here at Swanspool Vets. This can be via cash or card.

Yes - we will happily accommodate work experience for school students 16+. We also offer EMS placements for Vet students.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Every client that visits the practice will be required to have a booked appointment. An appointment is even required for medication collections too to ensure this will be ready and waiting for you.

How do I make a complaint?

If you unfortunately have a complaint about the service that you received, please can you put your complaint in writing for the attention of the Practice Manager and this will be looked into for you. Alternatively please email vets@swanspoolvets.com and this will be passed to the appropriate person.

How often will my pet be checked overnight in the hospital?

We always have our own vets and nurses on call to take care of your animals in an emergency, or if overnight hospitalisation is needed. Inpatients are checked during the evening, last thing at night (11pm) and first thing in the morning (6.30am). Animals requiring intensive treatment are checked between 11pm and 6.30am as their condition and illness requires.
