First of all we would like to Welcome you to our practice.

Established in 1874 we are your local independent practice with 9 small animal vets. We provide your animals with caring and professional treatment.

At Swanspool Veterinary Clinic, your pet’s health is our number one priority.

Thank you for your interest, due to the high number of requests we are receiving, we are having to apply strict criteria to determine which new clients we are able to register. We are prioritising those who live within our catchment area and have a new pet. Unfortunately, we are unable to register any new clients or pets that are already registered with another local practice. We will continue to monitor this situation.

Please make sure that the following is included:
- Registration request form
- Proof of ID
- All of your pets full clinical history

In order for us to process your application for registration, please complete the registration form on the left of this page and return to vets@swanspoolvets.com along with your proof of ID, and your pets full clinical history from your previous vets. Due to GDPR we are unable to complete your registration without the necessary ID (official document containing your name & address e.g. driving licence, utility bill, council tax letter etc).

Due to the number of new registration requests we are currently receiving we may not be able to accommodate all requests. In this situation we may apply strict criteria and prioritise some patients. We will continue to monitor the situation and our criteria may be subject to change depending on demand.

In the meantime, if you still wish to register with us, please complete the attached form and return along with your ID and pets full clinical history. We will contact you if we need any further information, and once your request has been considered. Please be patient in waiting for a response, we will be in touch as soon as possible, this may take a couple of weeks.

Please note we are unable to accept any second opinions or pets that are currently undergoing treatment with another local practice.
