Client Expectations

Our staff come to work to care for others, and it is important our staff are treated with courtesy and respect at all times.

We take a Zero tolerance approach to aggressive (verbal or physical) or violent behaviour towards our staff, or any member of the public. This type of behaviour will not be tolerated by Swanspool Veterinary Clinic under any circumstances.

Anyone whose behaviour is perceived as verbal abuse towards members of staff, or any member of the public, either in person or over the telephone, will be informed that their behaviour is unacceptable and will be de-registered from our Practice with immediate effect.

We also have a zero tolerance approach to defamatory comments on any social media.

We feel sure that you will understand that proper behaviour is absolutely necessary for the safety and well being of our staff and non-observance will not be accepted.
